Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (HWHI) has partnered with Business Credentialing Services (BCS) to assist in the collection, review, and storage of certificates of insurance (COI) from each of its hotels. BCS will assist you in presenting HWHI with a COI compliant with HWHI Brand Standards and the insurance requirements outlined in your agreement.

This self-registration portal provides simple instructions for ensuring that your insurance information is on file with HWHI. It will also allow you to submit your COI directly to BCS for review. If adjustments to the COI are needed for compliance, we will work with you until the COI is compliant.
